Hands hurt when you haven't been doing them

Back to ITG home version again tonight, and now my hands are sore because I've been slapping my pad like crazy to get hands to register. (I think both my pads need cleaning at this point.) Anyway, notable from tonight's workout:
2 excellents (99.73) on Oasis Easy (might I quad-star something soon?)
Tri-star (99.01) on Pandemonium Easy (and I still can't break 96.50 on Perfect Easy -.-)
Home Hard Single ** #3: Not Worth the Paper (98.01, 29ex/1g on a green arrow)
Nearly getting a couple of new stars on Hard (check my Groovestats for details)
Liquid Moon Hard Single: from 81.26 to 87.00
No 1 Nation Hard Single: from 85.05 to 90.21
I haven't done anything harder than 8s here, but given the improvements I'm seeing in my Hard scores I think I might actually have the confidence to tackle some 9s here soon.
